Mark Baisley

Managing Director

Mark is AOS’s Managing Director. Mark has a Bachelor of Accounting and has passed Part 1 of the PAAB qualifying exam. Prior to joining AOS in 1999 as Group Financial Manager, Mark spent 4 years at Standard Bank Properties as a Financial Accountant. Mark was Operational Director prior to becoming MD in 2011. Mark is also a Director of AOS’s Nominee Company and its Mauritian subsidiary. Mark is a Key Individual of AOS.
